When the Day Is Dark

(Let Clyde read the Goodie for you!)
When much is dark, we can always hang on to what we know. There was a time when even Jesus had to cling to what He knew. In Gethsemane Jesus did not wish to die. No one wishes to die at thirty-three, least of all to die in agony. Ahead of him the way was dark.
He knew only two things. He knew that He must accept the will of God; and He knew that the name of the God Whose will He must accept was Father.
There are times when it will be like that with us also.
